1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and accessing The Stealth Arb Method course and associated services (“Service”, “Course”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
This agreement is made between you (“the User”, “you”) and Edge Invest LLC trading as ProfitCraft (“we”, “us”, “our”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. The Service
Your purchase of The Stealth Arb Method includes:
Core Training Modules: You receive Lifetime Access to all video training modules. “Lifetime Access” means for the entire operational life of the Course, while we continue to offer and support The Stealth Arb Method.
Initial Support & Community Package: For 90 days from your purchase date, you receive:
• The Daily Edge Report (daily race selections)
• Access to the private student community (Telegram or Discord)
• Priority expert support
All core training modules are available immediately upon successful purchase.
After 90 days, access to the Daily Edge Report, community, and priority support expires. You may optionally continue these services through a separate monthly subscription of £29 GBP. This subscription is not automatic and requires a new purchase.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Actions: Sharing login details, screen-recording, downloading, distributing, reselling, or sharing any Course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.

4. Payment & Billing
• Course Fee: One-time payment of £295 GBP, or three payments of £125 GBP each, billed monthly for three months.
• Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed through Stripe on behalf of Edge Invest LLC (trading as ProfitCraft).
We do not collect or store your financial details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

5. 90-Day Conditional “Action-Taker’s” Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer a conditional 90-day guarantee. If you fully apply the system and fail to make profit equal to or greater than your course fee, you may request a refund—subject to all conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must provide proof of:
1. Course Completion: At least 90 % of training modules completed within 90 days (tracked automatically).
2. Proof of Application: Screenshots showing backed and laid positions placed on ≥ 8 separate days within the 90-day period.
3. Proof of Loss / No Profit: Official profit/loss statement from your betting exchange (e.g., Betfair, Smarkets) showing net profit < £295.
How to Request: Email [email protected] within 90 days of purchase with subject line “Guarantee Refund Request” and include all required proof.
Valid refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.

6. Community Guidelines
Access to our private community is conditional on compliance with these rules:
• Be respectful and constructive.
• No hate speech, harassment, or abusive language.
• Do not share paid Course materials within the community.
• No spamming or unauthorised promotion.
Violation may result in removal and termination of Service access.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials in the Service—including videos, text, graphics, PDFs, and reports—are the exclusive intellectual property of Edge Invest LLC (trading as ProfitCraft) and are protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants a limited licence to use this content; ownership is not transferred.

9. Limitation of Liability
By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for your actions and financial outcomes.
We are not liable for any loss arising from user error, technical issues, or misapplication of strategies.
In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Course.

10. Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective upon your purchase.
We may terminate your access without refund if you:
• Share login credentials or Course materials
• Distribute, copy, or resell content
• Initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
• Breach community rules

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement, and any dispute arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
